Conference Poster Boards
The posters are 4 feet high x 8 feet wide landscape format. Your poster can be any size as long as it fits on the poster board. Adhesives will be provided.
Poster Printing
Poster printing - finished size will be 42" tall x 84" wide or 42" tall by 42" wide.
High resolution pdf file - CMYK.
File must be print-ready at exact size -- no bleeds or trim lines.
Deadline to submit file: April 30, 2025. For the late pricing, due date of May 6, 2025.
