Firstname, Lastname and Institution will be printed on your meeting badge
Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.

If you are a full time student at an accredited instutution and present your valid student ID at meeting checkin, you may take advantage of student discounts.
