Corporate sponsorship of the annual MLSys Conference contributes to the successful outcome of each year’s conference. MLSys appreciates your support and participation and wants your sponsorship to meet the needs of your company.  MLSys will send a contract and the Code of Conduct; upon signing the  contract, receiving payment, and COI,  your booth will be assigned and your logo will be posted on the website.   Access to the recruitment database and complimentary registrations will be processed upon receipt of payment and the MLSys contract.

We invite general sponsors for MLSys 2020 at the Platinum, Gold, and  Silver,  levels.  For further information, please contact us.

The Sponsor Application Portal will open on Dec. 28, 2019

Machine Learning and Systems, Austin, Texas March 1 – 4, 2020

The Machine Learning and Systems (MLSys) research community is rapidly growing, both in academia and industry. However, this area historically has not been particularly well addressed by either existing ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR/ICLR) or existing Systems conferences (e.g., SOSP/VLDB/OSDI/ISCA).

To bridge this gap, the MLSys conference is a new conference for research spanning both ML and systems. The goal is to make a home for exceptional research by creating a venue to showcase the work that occurs at the intersection of machine learning and systems, and a community that has expertise in both areas to evaluate the work.

The steering committee and program committees consist of over 50 leading members of the emerging MLSys community that come from industry and academia with expertise ranging from machine learning to systems to security.

MLSys 2018

The first MLSys conference was a two-day event held at Stanford in February 2018. There were more than 275 attendees and invited talks from Bill Dally, Jeff Dean, Dawn Song, and Lise Getoor and contributed talks and posters from the community. There was enormous demand to attend the event: we had more than 200 poster submissions and sold out in 3 minutes online.

MLSys 2019

MLSys 2019 was a 3 day conference held March 31-April 2 at Stanford. Building on the success of the 2018 event, we expanded the conference to 575 attendees and accepted full length conference submissions.

MLSys 2020

MLSys 2020 will also be a 3 day conference and will be held March 2-4 in Austin, Texas. We have expanded the conference so it can accommodate up to 800 registrants, and in addition to accepting full length conference submissions, we have expanded the conference to have 7 full day workshops on the final day of the conference.

To start the application, it's helpful to gather some information up front. When you are ready, please  Enter the Sponsor Portal » button to begin.

  1. Company PO number. After you complete the application, you may email yourself an invoice from MLSys.cc for the amount of the sponsorship. If you need that invoice to have a PO number from your company on it, then you will need to add that PO number in section 3 of the application.
  2. Branding. Our sponsor page highlights your company logo, provides a link to your website, and displays a paragraph about your company. You will be asked for each of these in various steps.
  3. Vector logo. We need a high-quality vector version of your logo in .pdf, .ai, or .svg format. This logo may be enlarged for a sponsor poster, so it is important that it be a high-quality image in vector format.
  4. Payment. Sponsorship and exhibitor payment is due by Feburary 17, 2020.  Your invoice will be generated in section 4 of the application.
